1.     How can I track my order status?

Your order status is available in the "Select order" section of our website.  Your tracking number will also be available here.   You can check the progress of your order at www.usps.com   

 2.     I do not have a PayPal account. Can I shop without PayPal? What other payment methods will you accept?          Currently we accept payment via Western Union and Money Gram pls;

 3.     Do you stock shoes larger than a size 13?

The sizes available are written in the item description, if you are specifically looking for larger shoes please contact us and we will try our best to find the shoes you are after.

 4.     How long will shipping take?                                                    
All items will be shipped within 24 hours.  Shipment will take 6-7 business days.  

5.     Can I order an item which does not exist in your store?
Yes, all customers can contact us for any requests.

 6.Which shipping company do you use?                                   

We mainly use EMS door to door courier services. However, if you have any other special requirement (namely, using another shipping company), please contact us.

7.   Can you do dropshipping?

Yes, dropshipping is not a problem; just email us for more information.

Yes, we also stock women shoes.

Yes we have childrens shoes available.

11.      How much is shipping?

Unlike other sellers we do not profit from shipping, all of our shoe prices include free shipping.
